Danielle Rapson

By day, Danielle Rapson is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Mantel, a startup spun out of MIT. She holds her MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University. By night (and sometimes throughout the day), Danielle aspires to foster and adopt and has begun a journey to learn the system. Danielle’s passion started at a young age, hosting collections as a middle and high schooler, before graduating to mentoring young adults aging out of care and eventually becoming a Guardian Ad Litem in Miami. Upon moving back to Palm Beach, Danielle was looking to get more involved and found The Hands and Feet on Facebook. Danielle is passionate about the Guiding Hands program, working with older children, and loves plugging in anywhere she can be helpful! Danielle resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband, Robbie and dog Luna.
